Sizes: choosing a standard size, SoftWall cleanrooms are available in 2’ x 4’ increments. Frame Construction: The frame for SoftWall cleanrooms is made of a durable extruded aluminum alloy. We also provide all of the leveling pads and fasteners necessary. Finish: The standard finish is a white powder-baked enamel, but there are other options available if you would like to customize SoftWall cleanroom. Curtain: Can choose from the following curtain materials: Anti-static PVC, conductive PVC, or polyethylene; 40 mil clear is the standard, while 60 or 80 mil strips from 6″ to 12″ wide in frosted or clear anti-static vinyl are also available. Can also choose from many colors created specifically for light wavelength control and UV absorption. |
